• Entrances and conspicuous places inside the hotel/restaurant
• Each floor including staircase and lift entrance at each floor 

Name of the person to whom complaint has to be made displayed 

Ashtrays, matches, lighters and other things  to facilitate smoking available in restaurant/hotel

Smoking Area in Hotel having more than 30 rooms or restaurant having more than 30 seats 

• Smoking area designed as specified under COTPA
• Smoking area distinctly marked as 'Smoking Area' 

Separate smoking rooms in Hotel having more than 30 rooms or  your restaurant having more than 30 seats 

• Smoking rooms form a separate section in the same section or wing in case in there is more than one floor or wing
• All such rooms distinctly marked as Smoking rooms in English or applicabe language
• Smoke from smoking rooms does not permeate to non-smoking areas including lobbies and corridors through any ventilation
